The San Francisco Police Department is presently looking for a 78-year-old woman with Alzheimer’s who has not been seen for several days.

Carmen Aleman, who has been missing since Tuesday, is considered 'at risk' because of her condition, according to the sheriff’s office. She was last spotted at approximately 5:30 a.m. in the 100 block of Lexington Street in San Francisco, as per the police.

Aleman mainly speaks Spanish and has limited proficiency in English.

Aleman is described as a Hispanic woman who is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds. She was last seen wearing a gray and black sweater with black pants.
