The younger sibling of the NFL star Patrick Mahomes learned what would happen to him this week after a restaurant owner claimed he forcibly kissed her.
Jackson Wayne Mahomes, 23, was sentenced to six months unsupervised probation after he pleaded no contest to one count of simple battery, according to online court records. Prosecutors had dropped three sexual battery charges after the owner refused to cooperate in the case. Page Six reported.
“Jackson is grateful for the support of his family and friends during the past year,” attorney Brandan Davies stated. CNN“Jackson simply wanted the case to be over with and to move on with his life. The matter is now closed, and we will not be issuing any further statements.”

, he was arrested in May after a restaurant owner claimed he forcibly kissed her, and a server stated that the defendant pushed him.
Video footage showed Jackson Mahomes grabbing the owner by the throat and kissing her. The owner of the Aspen Restaurant & Lounge, Aspen Vaughn, reportedly stated that she is the woman in the video, that Mahomes acted without consent, and that she informed him of this at the time. Kansas City Star. Vaughn mentioned, “And I’m telling him, pushing him off, saying, ‘What are you doing?’ and then he proceeded to do it two more times. Where the last time I was pushing him off, and I can see on the cameras that somebody was outside the office door, and I was yelling for them to come help because he’s big and massive.”
He was also accused of pushing a server who detected the smell of weed coming from a private room where Mahomes and friends were and tried to get them to stop.
Vaughn mentioned that she and her husband ejected Mahomes and the group after the forced kiss. Vaughn disclosed to the Kansas City Star that she received death threats, and the bar had been vandalized and partially closed down due to the negative publicity.
Jackson is a social media influencer who has been seen taking selfies with his superstar quarterback brother at Kansas City Chiefs games, including last month’s Super Bowl.
Page Six also reported that his brother had kept quiet about it, expressing, “Honestly, it’s kind of a personal thing that I just gotta keep to myself. At the end of the day, I come here to play football and try to take care of my family at the same time. So just keep it to myself and just go out there and play football when I’m in the building.”
