Billionaire technology entrepreneur Stewart Butterfield’s 16-year-old daughter has been reported missing in San Francisco.

The Marin County Sheriff’s Office stated that Mint Butterfield has left home and is thought to be going to San Francisco’s rough and artistic Tenderloin area, as reported by KRON.

“This is a missing child whom we now believe to be in or around the Tenderloin neighborhood here in San Francisco. If you see Mint Butterfield … or have information about her whereabouts, please contact the phone number (415-569-0003),” San Francisco Supervisor Matt Dorsey posted on Twitter.com.

Mint is described as 5 feet tall and 100 pounds with reddish brown, curly hair and eyebrow piercings. She was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, flannel pajama pants, and black boots. She may be carrying a gray suitcase, the sheriff’s office said.

Stewart Butterfield and his ex-wife, Caterina Fake, created Flickr and sold it to Yahoo for $25 million in 2005. Butterfield then established Slack and sold it to Salesforce for $27.7 billion in 2021. Butterfield remained at the company for a year and a half before leaving.
