Rucker was being sought for the shooting at Roasted on Sunday afternoon that resulted in the death of 33-year-old Allen Beacham and injuries to several others. as CrimeOnline reported. Rucker, who was captured on video, fled the scene in a Mercedes GLS 450, which was later found abandoned in north Nashville.
Rucker, from Murfreesboro, was previously arrested for multiple offenses last autumn, including aggravated assault, firearms, and drug charges. He was released on bail and was scheduled to appear at a preliminary hearing on Wednesday. He was granted release on a $50,000 bond, WSMV reported.
According to arrest warrants, the charges stemmed from a road rage incident in Murfreesboro in which Rucker drove past another driver and abruptly blocked him, then threatened him with a gun, saying, “I would love to kill you.” During a search warrant, authorities discovered an illegally owned firearm, drugs, and weighing scales in Rucker’s bedside table.
A second fugitive from Tennessee was also apprehended at the Kentucky home, WKDZ reported. Terrance Hall, 43, was wanted for charges related to a domestic assault in 2020.
